Grades are Temporary -Ever-changing
My opinion on GRADES is, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PERFECT. The grade is simply a result you can use to quantify your desired preparedness at a temporary level  but not your goal. The things you need to remember are:
  • First thing is to "Define Your GOALS".
    • Focus on getting good grades, gaining skills outside from class, building things, doing extracurricular, making connections and having fun.

Focus
  • On cutting down my Study Time.
  • Gather tools and tactics that will help me to perform more in less time. (There’s  a little equation too that explains it better.)
The Study Time Equation
The factors that actually go into earning awesome grades is to envision the final goal not the tangible reward- but not the one you are achieving temporarily. I define this as Desired Preparedness. This applies to any class I'm in - or, to get more granular, to any specific exam/assignment project.

Once you’ve set that goal, there are four factors that will go into achieving it.
  1. Class Time
  2.  Learning Quality
  3. Study Time
  4. Study Efficiency

Well the equation is pretty simple, here it is.

And it can also be complex, like this one. Assuming that I'm committed to attending all you My classes, Class Time is fixed. If you’ve already set a goal for Desired Preparedness, that’s fixed for now as well.

This means you’ve got two variables to work with: Learning Quality and Study Efficiency. To decrease the amount of time you need to spend studying, increase either of them.
